Shipping Information
Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Your order will be shipped using standard shipping unless you select a different option. Once the order has been shipped, delivery usually takes place within 15 business days.
There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Although we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, Missglame cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, operational disruptions, etc.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard shipping: 6 to 15 business days
Please note that delivery times do not include the processing time of 1 to 3 business days prior to shipping.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be assigned. You will receive an email with your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order.
HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
You can enter your discount code on the last page before clicking "Checkout." There is a field for entering your code. After entering it, please click on "Apply." The total amount will then be adjusted accordingly. Discount and referral codes can only be used once per order and cannot be combined with other offers.
