Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition - unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

  • Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A restocking fee of €10 per returned product will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Australia.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. The returned item must reach us before the end of the 30-day period from the date on which the shipping company marks your package as delivered.


Order cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot process any cancellations.


How to make a return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@missglame.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how to proceed and the shipping address.

Please note

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Items not returned in their original packaging will only be eligible for a partial refund (60% of the product price).
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect product, please send photos to info@missglame.com within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement free of charge, with priority shipping.


Returns for change of mind

If you have the wrong item or wish to exchange a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of €10 per returned product will also apply.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you whether or not your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within a few working days and credited to your original payment method.


Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account for any pending transactions.
  • Most banks take 2-4 business days to process refunds.
  • If the time limit has passed and your refund still hasn't appeared, contact us at info@missglame.com to request your authorization number, then provide it to your bank.

Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • A restocking fee of €10 per returned product will also be deducted.
